My name is Mr. Tayo Adedeji. I am the founder and editor of He Reigns Magazine and taysmarket.com an e-commerce marketplace platform. I am writing to inform you that He Reigns Magazine is celebrating 20 years in publication! We are planning a community event on July 25, 2026, at the NACD Building, 612 N Park St Ave., from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. 

We would greatly appreciate your participation in this event and are inviting you to become a vendor, sponsor and/or advertiser. As such, you would have the opportunity to share information about your organization with the community in various ways. I have included options below that describe packages you can choose from to promote your business during and beyond our celebration event. If you choose to be a vendor, your setup time will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm and shut down time will be from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

A portion of your contribution will be used to:

· Feed hungry people in our community

· educate individuals interested in improving their skills in marketing, sales, advertising and publishing

· Provide training in business development and operations

The deadline to submit your information as a vendor or advertiser is May 31, 2026, and the deadline for sponsorship commitments is June 20, 2026.

Vendor Package 

Vendors – For a fee of $100.00 we will provide you with a table at the event and a one-year subscription to our digital He Reigns Magazine (hereignsmagazine.com). Your organization will also be listed on hereignsmagazine.com and your products will be highlighted on taysmarket.com for 30 days. Lastly, you will have a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the event. 

Sponsorship Packages 

Platinum – For $500.00 – You will receive a quarter–page advertisement in our printed magazine and hereignsmagazine.com which is our global digital magazine platform for three months (July, August & September 2026). You will also receive a one–year subscription to our printed magazine and a two–year subscription to our digital magazine for a total of three years subscription to our magazine. You will also have a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the celebration event.

Gold – For $350.00 – You will receive a quarter–page advertisement in our printed magazine for three months (July, August & September 2026) and a two–year digital subscription to He Reigns Magazine. You will also have a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the celebration event.

Silver – For $200.00 – You will receive a business card advertisement in one issue of our printed and digital magazine for three months (July, August & September 2026) and a two–year subscription to our digital magazine. You will also have a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the celebration event.

Bronze – For $125.00 – You will receive a two–year subscription to our digital magazine and a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the event.

GEMS – For $100.00 or less – You will receive a one–year subscription to our digital magazine and a two-minute opportunity to speak about your business at the event.

Success Stories from previous He Reigns Magazine Events

In May of 2013, we held a book signing event at the former Family Christian Stores on South Westnedge Ave. in Kalamazoo, MI.  We had over 100 people in attendance purchasing our magazine, other books at the store and networking. 

In July of 2013, we campaigned to the public and celebrated the 7-year Anniversary of He Reigns Magazine. We provided participants from the community with free refreshments and music and gave vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and network with participants.  

In 2016, we celebrated 10 years of publishing He Reigns Magazine at the Ecumenical Center in Kalamazoo. We provided music, refreshments and gave vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and network with participants.
